Below are some of our favorite organizations and resources for youth and community liberation.

The Alliance for Self-Directed Education (ASDE) is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to increasing accessibility and awareness of Self-Directed Education as a way of living and learning, and connecting the communities and voices of the movement.

The Circle of Security is a visual map of attachment. It is used in parent education and intervention programs to help caregivers better understand and meet children's attachment needs. It depicts the interplay between a child's need for exploration (going out) and their need for comfort and safety (coming in), with the caregiver acting as both a Secure Base and a Safe Haven.

Spring Up offers free resources, zines + workbooks, 1:1 coaching, and webinars, courses + retreats at bluelight academy of the liberatory arts. Their focus is conflict resolution and community building through a transformative justice lens. 

The Ecoversities Alliance is a community of learning practitioners from around the world committed to re-imagining higher education to cultivate human and ecological flourishing in response to the critical challenges of our times.
NWCDC is a not-for-profit, 501(c)(3), organization devoted to assisting new and existing cooperative businesses in every sector or  converting existing businesses into worker-owned or community-owned cooperatives. Our service area is the three states of Oregon, Washington, and Idaho.
